Curiosity. It’s an important word at RedPeak, and our primary goal is to keep you interested. Whether you have aspirations to manage your own community, work a new development, or try a couple of different roles, we’ll work hard to make sure you are feeling enthused and engaged.
At RedPeak, we know our Team Members’ goals are as varied as the Team Members themselves. We also know we’re the kind of company people tend to stay with. With that in mind, we offer a number of ways for you to expand your role and explore your talents. Many of our team has experience working at a variety of RedPeak communities in numerous roles.
But that’s not all. Immersive experiences help people learn, and you’ll find we focus on injecting a bit of “hands on fun” into the learning environment. Scavenger hunts, learning to apply drywall, pipe-fitting, you never know what we’ll be cooking up next to keep learning fun and interesting.
Can’t remember the last time you read a business book cover to cover? At RedPeak, we read four per year. It’s called Brunch and Learn, and yes, food is involved, but also food for thought, as a variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds within the organization converge quarterly to discuss leadership, service and management principles. Good stuff. To date, those that have participated in all sessions, have consumed 36 books – that’s a lot of learning!
