Alan Eathorne

Director of Construction

Alan Eathorne is the Director of Construction with RedPeak. Alan has over 20 years of experience in all levels of the construction industry including field supervision, project management and preconstruction services. He has worked on a range of projects including industrial, office, hospitality, condominium, multi-family apartments and large urban mixed-use developments. These projects involved a wide variety of asset classes, construction technologies, building materials, and logistics. Alan is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction within RedPeak, including all new construction development and capital renovation projects. Specifically, this work includes design service procurement, design coordination, construction budgeting, bidding, contract procurement, cost analysis, schedule and logistics, contract creation and negotiation as well as managing the permit process.Alan gained experience as a Construction Manager for CFC Construction and Bovis Lend Lease prior to joining the RedPeak team. He is proud of every project that he has had a hand in completing, with notable undertakings such as the Ritz Carton Hotel and Residences, Intercontinental Hotel and Residences, Viceroy Snowmass and RedPeak's 7|S Denver Haus.Alan has a BS in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology (1996). He holds a General Contractor - Class A Supervisor Certificate in the City and County of Denver and is also a LEED Building Design + Construction Accredited Professional.When he's not in the office, Alan spends his time enjoying life in the Rockies with his wife and son. He loves playing ice hockey, skiing, mountain biking and touring the craft brewery scene all over Colorado.
