"Almost a native," Lori Snider has been in Colorado for nearly 30 years and the residential multifamily industry for the same amount of time. After driving across the country as a newlywed to start a new chapter in the Centennial State, Lori found her passion in multifamily upon landing a job as a leasing agent for Lincoln Property Company.In her career, Lori has leased apartments, worked as a Training and Marketing Director, launched a rental publication and co-founded a boutique marketing and design firm. Most recently, she spent 13 years running her own successful company as an educator, platform speaker, and experience management consultant. Being a road warrior and away from Colorado got a bit old, and the opportunity to join RedPeak proved irresistible, and a perfect fit, as she has collaborated with the company in a consultative capacity since its inception.As Head of Learning, Lori works to enable high performing teams and to expand roles and increase growth opportunities for Team Members. Ultimately, both these initiatives empower the team to be more effective in enhancing the resident experience. She loves that the culture at RedPeak is real and authentic, something she feels many companies give lip service to, but have trouble truly delivering.In her spare time, Lori serves on the National Apartment Association Education Advisory Committee, serves as a proud high school football mom, reads anything she can get her hands on and loves nothing more than enjoying time with her friends and family.
