History

Designed by the renowned Craine Architecture firm and constructed using a unique load-bearing metal wall stud system to celebrate strong geometric lines and building materials distinctive of the Bauhaus style, 7/S Haus quickly became one of Denver's landmark locations. Widely recognized as one of the most influential curators of modern design, Bauhaus art school was operational in the mid-1900s and set what would become the new standard and tone in architecture.
