History

Built between 1985 and 1987, Cottonwood Creek was part of a large expansion of apartment living throughout the Denver area suburbs. Set in Littleton, the neighborhood has only grown in popularity since then with easy access to multiple country clubs, Marston Lake, employers and developed shopping malls. The community has received multiple iterations of capital improvements in the 2000s and moved under RedPeak management in the early 2010s.
